Why won't my lg cookie work properly or charge?

So I gotan LG Cookie kp500 for christmas in 2009 and it was perfect but since about june maybe july it started to switch off on is own on 3 bars and ring people when it want’s and texts people blank /lettered messages on its own. Also at this very moment im charging it but it goes off says full batterey and turns its self back on and keeps repeating. Can you help. please xx

you might have been given a defected phone and need to call your company and speak with a representative and if you have insurance they will send you a replacement phone
