Why does Windows Photo Gallery on my computer not save the pictures when I try to edit them?
say if im trying to edit a picture, it wont save it and it says “changes to this picture can’t be saved because Photo Gallery has experienced a problem” i’ve tried deleteing the pictures and then transferring them again but it still doesnt work.
try uninstalling and reinstalling the software. You can also go online and try and troubleshoot from the website and see if there are solutions you can work out. If you can not save the pictures after you’ve edited them, then try using a different editing program. The problem might be that your Windows Photo Gallery may need updating or a file withing is missing for example a dll. file. I hoe this helps and I hope you solve your problem even though its a little late D:
