will walkng make me loose weight ?

will walking allot every day make me loos a bit of weight and give me nice skinny legs ?:)

yeah you will but try to run 30mins and walk 30 mins to lose more weight and eat a healthy balance diet

It will most definitely contribute to weight loss if you walk at least a mile everyday. giving you nice skinny legs though? maybe go for a more rigorous routine. good luck

It might help you alittle bit but you should run for at least a half hour a day to if you really want to loose weight
