Why would the hospital do that? Do I have a lawsuit?

do I have a lawsuit against the hospital. Cause for 4 days they knew as having a misscarraige. But did nothing about it.

I’m sorry, but at six weeks there’s really nothing anyone can do. I know it’s hard, and you probably feel like you want to blame someone, but really, miscarriages that early are usually untreatable. I know you probably felt neglegted by the hospital, but they were probably doing their best in letting your body try to stop the miscarriage. Allow yourself time to grieve, but in all honesty, I don’t think you’ve got a case for a lawsuit.

the first day I was bleeding and in pain. they did nothing but check my levels. the second day they check my levels again and a ultrasound and sonogram. But theres was no heartbeat. And the third day they check my levels and another ultrasound and sonogram but this time the found a heartbeat 98 beats per minute. And it should have been double that but nobody told me. they told me my baby is fine. Fourth day more pain and bleeding I had a miscarriage and another ultrasound an sonogram and that’s is when they told me had a miscarriage. They did nothing for me. told me to go home. and they should have done a D&C but they didn’t. My Aunt is telling me I have a lawsuit. But I wanted more advice.

Depends how far along you were. If you were not far along there is really nothing the hospital can do.
