Why is it that I can't jerk it traditionally?

Ok this is gonna sound wierd but, I can only cum when I masturbate by laying on my stomach and going at it. I tried to jerk it with my hand but only succeeded twice. First time took forever and a lot of imagination. Second, I wound up with a swollen d*ck lmao. It seriously swelled up and hurt so bad. But are there any guys that can only do it laying on their stomach?

I would discourage this. This creates a sensation that can not be replicated during sex, and is commonly known to cause sexual dysfunction as a result.
