Why is he still doing this game if hes involved with someone else?

Because when he talks to you online and not in person, is like a little role playing thing going on, he gets to go back and be like he was and the flirting game he is playing is exciting him because he gets to be a bad boy with you and his girlfriend will never know. You are probably not the only one, just one of many. Is more fun for him to talk to you in that way than as a friend when online.

It does not mean he is gonna change his mind in real life and be with you. If it really bothers you, stop the game and be firm and tell him you are gonna tell his girlfriend.
