Why does it still hurt her? Please help me someone!?

Alrighty, I am a 16 year old male, and my gal is 14, well we are both virgins, completly, never done anything with anyone. Well we have came to relize we are right for eachother can trust eachother, well we decided to have sex, and both times we had sex, it hurt her, the first condom was lubircated the secound wasnt..but like I could tell it mighta hurt her a lot, im about 5 or 6 inchs is that enough to “pop the cherry” cause the first time was about 30 mins and the 2nd time was about an 2 hours, hurt her the intire time…I don’t know she does bleed but a little bit, like as if she has a cut its not like pourin blood but just little things of blood, and when I would go deep it hurt worse. I don’t know what the heck this is can someone tell my something??? I would greatly appriciate it!!! Thank you
