Why does it Hirt when I take a tampon out ?

Okay so I am a really active 13 year old , I run , go gymnastics , cheer , play basketball & swim . I love all Of these Things And I need have wore tampons before but It hurts really bad when I take them out . I use playtex slinder and they are tiny . What can I do to make them not Hurt when I take them out ? Please help this is an emergency !!!

yeah you probably are taking it out to early so there isnt enough blood on it … I start to get an ood feeling in my stomach when I need to change it … you could put a little lube on the edges before you take it out it helps sometimes

I would ask my gynecologist about this situation. Maybe your mother can help you but I will do my best. Either you’re not getting enough blood onto it or you;re body isn’t used to tampons yet??? haha im not a doctor so I dont know these things. But when I started using them, it hurt a lot. But now after 3 years of my period, I am VERY used to it lol
