why do people think that only child kids are spoild brats?

im a only child and most people first thought ooo shes a spoild brat but they dont get a chance to know me and I can be spoild at times dont most people? but im no brat I could be just saying that because I dont wanna believe I am but I’ve seen other kids with sisters that are real brats

That’s quite a generalization…you must have encountered nothing but stupid people in your lifetime.

I know many people who are an ‘only child’, and I wouldn’t label any of them as ‘spoiled brats’.

As a matter of fact, I’ve encountered more ‘spoiled brats’ amongst the youngest child as opposed to an only child.

im an only child and people ask my mam ‘’oh I bet yah she is spoilt?’’…just because im an only child does not meen im spoilt. I live in a counsel house too. My cousins always say im spoilt when im not. well a bit yes but I agree with you, everybody is. steroetyping or what???

Oh dont start, I get just the same from people whu dont know me properly, I am a only child and instantly new people think oh isnt she a stuck up spoiled bi*ch but the truth is, me and my family have come from nothing, . I go to a normal school, I speak with accent and dialect and I live in what used to be a concil house. I smoke, I hang with people on the town hall, and I don’t care tbh…thats hu I am. I find people soo prejudgedice. we harly have any money and my parents are always wurking to keep food on the table.
