Why do people act this way?

Ok I was talking to my friend on here about something a while ago and I asked him a question and he said “I don’t know”. He does this every time I ask him something. Is this because he doesn’t want to tell me the truth? Or is it because he thinks it’s an easy way out and I won’t keep asking him about this topic. And when I do ask him something he doesn’t try to change the topic he just says “ok” or “I don’t know”. Which makes me really mad then when I try to ask him about it he gets mad at me. Why do you think this is? Can someone please help me?

Same as the top one,probably just is tired and not in the mood for typing so much,I am the same way a lot.

maybe hes too lazy to type and doesnt want to go into detail or hes tired, I do the same thing
