Why do I laugh when I'm in pain?

Okay, for example, I was shaving, and the razor was brand new (and way too sharp) and I gave myself a two inch cut and it was bleeding like no tomorrow… and I was laughing! It’s like my crying wires and laughing wires got switched. lol.. =/

I do it to I hate it I make my sister mad then she jumps on top of me’ and tries to beat me up and im just laughing away hysterical and shes only 10! I do it because im amused by th fact that she can hurt me… but it mite b different fr u

Yeah I think your crying wires did get switched :( Jesus Moe you cut yourself and you laughed about it?! Well I don’t know how much of a problem it might cause, people might not believe you when you say your in pain but other then that I really don’t know what to say! I’m not sure if this might need a visit to the doc but I guess it wouldn’t hurt just to find out what it really is right?

Okay I might be entirely wrong by this but… I think you laugh when your in pain to probably ease the pain itself. Your mind is probably too busy focusing on laughing that it can’t react to well to the pain. If that the case though its not working to well cause your still in pain! On the other hand I think it can be because somehow when your in pain whatever caused you to have pain probably stimulated the nerves around that area to cause laughter. I don’t know how likely that is from what I know my fingers aren’t very ticklish :(. I really don’t know why you laugh I just took a hypothesis really! Sorry Moe if I can’t help you much!
