It could be an allergy to something you’re eating.

Many people don’t realize that they can’t eat some of the most common things like salt, MSG, and other seasonings - those are pretty sneaky.

sometimes it can be with growing upx But id say if it carries on then you should go to the doctors,but dont panic!!

I started getting them when I found out I was lactose intollerant. Just ask a doctor at your next check up.
