Why do I feel so hungry lately?

Im eating as much as I ussually did but an hour after each meal I feel hungry. Im not even doing any phisycal activity. Everything is the same as always. Btw im fit!

It depends on how much you are eating, if you are eating enough at meal times you should not be hungry one hour later, however if you truly are eating enough there are some possible reasons for this:

  1. Medication side effect. Some medicines make you feel hungry when you are not, usually anti-depressants have this as a common side effect.

  2. Ulcers can make you feel like you are hungry when you are not

  3. Boredom can also make you feel like you want to eat

  4. You may actually be thirsty, so try drinking a glass of water first and see if the hunger goes away.

  5. You may actually be hungry so eat an a fruit or vegetable plate to top yourself off but not gain weight.

maybe your eating to much rubish this happens to me especialy when I eat to much bread I feel like I haven’t ate for a week. try eating 4 small HEALTHY meals a day for a week and prove it to your self if you still feel hungry after that then you could be lacking somthing.. if you are no longer very hungry then I suggest you buy slim 4 life by the juice master it explains how food works in your systam and how it makes you think your hungry…
