Why cant I lose inches in my abs?

Hello I work out every day seven days a week. I log in about 4-7 miles a day with cardio and I exercise my abs at least three to four times a week. I weight in every Sunday and I am losing in all areas including pounds. Why haven’t I been able to lose inches in my abs?

Have you been eating unhealthy food lately? Or maybe just things that are bad for you when you dont notice it? Well, if you cant stop eating junkfood, try to find a fruit or vegitable that you think tastes good. Then that will pull you away from Junkfood for a while.

first of all forget yoga and all that stuff . what u need to do is start dancing dancing is the only thing that is going to get u moving with ur abs and butt and all that stuff so then u can start losing things at the same time ur poping and jaming how cool is that .
