Why Can't I sleep?
Ok so right now it’s 6:13am and I can’t sleep I mean I woke up around 4:00Pm yesterday and I had no trouble sleeping before and noww I just can’t sleep ahhh it’s a pain in the keister any help for tonight on what I should do so I could sleep?

well just get sleeping meds because it sounds like insomnia I have trouble falling asleep but then when I fall asleep I stay asleep lol. so I feel your pain
