Why am I having the same nightmares every week?

My dream is about:O.k I dream thaat me,my brother and someone I hate were in a bathroom just standing there and all of a sudden,a ghost comes in the doorway,door open but I didn’t see it’s face,but I knew it was a full grown man,and we are scared and I say:Are you going to kill us?”then I wake up still half asleep and nod my head yes with an evil grin on my face then go back to sleep intantly!And then I’m back in my dream and we all scream and jump out the bathroom window then I woke for real.

dreams are what your mind is subconciously thinking about expecially if you keep on dreaming the same one.. hey it might be a message or not.. trace it back sometimes I can do that to my dreams and I can find the reasons for the dream I had,, dreams are cool its like your in a movie! may I ask what the nightmare was about?

either you forgot something really important and its on your mind orrr you have too much stress you need to chill and relax forget about everything and rest =P
