How to live on our own?
well im 18 and my boyfriend is 17. we have a child together and my boyfriend works and everything. I need 2 know wht I can do so we can live on our own because all she wants is his money. and she hasnt even really took care of him 4 a long time he takes care of himself. but she want sign 4 him 2 get emancipated. is there any other way?

It depends on where you live. In a lot of places, a 17 year old is legally emancipated. If not where you live, he could just move out anyway. The worst his mom could do is ask the police to fetch him back home, at which point he just returns to you the second they leave. It isn’t a crime for a 17 year old to spend the night away from home without permission, so they can’t charge him with anything.
Curfew laws only apply to public places, not private homes. All he has to do is tell the cops he was just ‘out late’, and they’ll write his mom off as a whack job and do nothing more than file a report.
