Who do you turn to in your time of need?

That is absolutely terrible, I’m very sorry. If that happened to me I wouldn’t know what I’d do. The best person you can turn to is a friend/best friend if you have one. Friends are people that should be there for you in time of need, and vice versa. It would be kind of awkward talking to a family member about this kind of thing I would think, but you could always turn to family too if you feel that would be better. No matter who you talk to and no matter how much you try to feel better though you are going to be upset for awhile and there’s no changing that. Heartbreak is a terrible thing. If there’s absolutely no one you can talk to, there’s always therapists, but it can be hard to put all your trust into a stranger.

I am sorry to hear that.. Friends, family, you might as well get a puppy :). Its a matter of time, I know it very hard. Therapist would make the time go faster and help you get over it.
