Who :can anyone help me get to sleep?

I go to sleep every night at 5am and wake up at 6 am no matter what I do. I’ve taken every kind of sleeping pill there is out there. I’ve done every kind of meditation. I’ve even taken up to 20 sleeping pills all at once around 11 pm and still did not fall asleep until 5am. What can I do?

Never EVER take more sleeping pills than the recommended dose… (no matter how bad you want to go to sleep.) Try not to eat or drink anything sugary the after 7pm or so… But try talking to your doctor, maybe there’s something he can suggest.

I’ll help you get to sleep. “Once upon a time, there was a magical pig, his name was bob. This pig can jump and scream and kick and lean! He’s everyones friend and likes to go to raves. He’s known as pig.. the.. raver. :o He’s an awesome pig.. but he didn’t like being a pig so he changed into a duck.” The end. Sleepy yet???

dont take too many sleeping pills. and try not to use the computer/watch tv 3 hourse before you go to sleep. if you cant sleep, just lay down comfortably, close your eyes, and try not to open them. thats what I do(:

Definitely don’t take that many sleeping pills. Lay in bed, make sure it’s pitch dark, and close your eyes. Maybe some classical music or something to make you tired. OR, you can read a super boring book. Don’t eat anything, don’t drink anything, and definitely don’t watch tv/computer. Maybe exercise to wear yourself out? Good luck. well, do you feel sleepy and tired when you’re at school or whatever because of your lack of sleep?

read long and uninteresting texts (if you find classics not interesting, then that’s your best bet). :)
