it sounds like your goldfish has( ick ) its a disese that eats up fish fins and kills fish and it won’t go away unless you get some stuff to put in the tank its a blue liquid you can get it from stores you buy fish at ..like walmart and places …hope I kinda helped
sounds like a disease called “ick” There is treatment drops you can buy to put in the water of your tank. If you dont traet it, your fish will die from it
