Which is better while working out?

ok I been hearing it 4 years what 1 should you do lots of reps wit light weight or few reps with heavy weight

fewer reps with heavier weights. REMEMBER use an amount of weight that still lets you lift with proper form. you can injure yourself very easily improperly lifting so be safe but have fun

For building strength and size life heavy and lift to failure. Having a spotter can be a big help if you have to bail out of a failed repetition. The can also help out with forced sets.

depends what you are trying to accomplish, do you want to gain mass and strength or do you want to tone up your muscles?
