Where should I put my german shepherd after having 9 babies?

Where should I put my german shepherd and her litter after she has given birth? should the be in a cage or box? The babies are starting to move all around.

Get one of those hard plastic pools they sell at Walmart…it’s easy for mom to get in and out, but confines the pups…If these are brand new babies, you have to keep them very warm…puppies don’t have an internal thermostat, and can die from exposure very easily.

It depends how old are her puppies? And you should see if you have a big box and put some blankets in it and make sure its comfy for her. Get a tiny bowl and put some food and water in a different bowl. Then slowly and carefully put the puppies in the box next to her. Hope I helped!

Ya, make them comfortable so they can feel right at home. This stage in the puppies life will let them bond with their mom and u. The better you treat them, the more trust in you they will have. Good luck with the little ones and the big one.
