Where do you guys go to create your Sig Graphics for forums?

I don’t know PSP or Photoshop, so I was wondering where all the mommy’s go to create their cute little sig graphics?? I found this one site and it allows you to create your online family signatures for your sigs, and also scrapbook them too. I found it pretty neat.
