Where do I get a toner?
When I dyed my hair blonde, I looked for a toner at walmart and I didnt see one. I think if I would have had one I could have kept my hair blonde, but it turned out to blonde so I just dyed it back brown. What does the toner do? is it like a dye or like a shampoo?? Where can I find it? is it just for blonde hair?? PLEASE HELP!
Try going to a beauty supply store like Beautyco or Sally’s or something, I’m not sure if you have those there, but you can get them at a beauty supply store and they aren’t that expensive
You can get hair toner from any beauty supply shop or salon. I’d recommend asking a stylist or cosmetologist for help in selecting one.
