  It depends where you are. In London they sell them all over the place mainly the £stores or whsmiths. They are great fun I also enjoy the scrapper foil ones

  Yeah they make them. In Michaels or any arts and crafts stores. They even have them at Wal-Mart in the arts and crafts deprtment!
