Where can I get a loving, healthy, guinea pig for free?

I had a guinea pig before and I loved it, but it died so I really want another one. But I want one for $10 or less. I mostly want it free though.

RSPCA there well looked after and usually they have never been loved so they have to save it all up for someone to come and get them

Try Pet-co. That is where I got my hamster. He was a rescued hamster. You just have to pay a small adoption fee. You also have to buy a home for him to. They give you a discount though.
