Where can I download a free and safe wallpaper sequencer?

http://download.cnet.com/windows/ This is my #1 site to go to for general downloads. It is a very trustworthy site, and it gives reviews of everything it offers. The downloads are available from this site, and it has a listing of the costs - if any. I don’t think I have ever had to get something from here that cost. There was usually a freeware offering that did what I wanted. There is a freeware wallpaper changer called CoreDownload Free Wallpaper Changer.

I also get a British magazine called PC Utilities. Each issue of this magazine has a DVD with it that has 600+ utility programs that will do a myriad of things, and those change each month. And the vast majority (98+% in issue 114 - the latest that I have) are free. The mag itself runs $14, but the DVD is taped to the cover so you can see the programs being offered before you buy.
