When will these dreams end?

It’s been a long time since I left that abusive relationship. But to this day I get nightmares of him and the way I was treated by him. I want these dreams/nightmares to stop… I don’t know what to do anymore…

ok I dont think they will go away untill you yourself are ready to forget about it, by it I mean him…

I rememebr your question a month or so back give or take a week or 2 and I think I did relpy with summet…

anyway I take it that because this turd treated you so bad that your not ready for another relationship?

there are good men out there who will treat you like a princess.. so maybe if you started to thing of the good things to come instead of the bad things that have happened it might start to ease your mind a little.

im really sorry, I dont know how nightmares would stop… but if you have someone to sleep beside you/in the same room, at least you could feel safer I think..

I hope you are getting better and is happier now.
