So I dont really have a schedule for anything. Like, I sleep when im tired, even like a 4 pm and ill like randomly wake up whenever and just kinda sleep on my own schedule and its the same for eating. I dont eat regular meal times and I just kinda eat whatever I feel like when im hungry and im just concerned is this harmful to my health??

It depends. You’re only really required by your body to get 4 hours of sleep a day to function at normal capacity at a basic level. Depending on your age though, there is a set recommended amount of hours for sleep. You may not feel very tired, but you may not be as alert or productive if you were sleeping on a regular schedule.

Teens should get about 9.25 hours of sleep and adults should have about 7-8 hours of sleep. You should really be planning when you sleep around what you do during the day (school/work/etc).

Eating is a little different. If you’re not constantly hungry, you’re probably not in any danger. It’s a recommendation that you eat when you wake up, sometime during the middle of the day, and at the end of the day; it’s also healthier to eat more meals during the day with smaller portions. Eating when you wake up is important though, because it jump starts your metabolism. As long as you’re eating when your body is telling you it’s hungry and you’re not getting sick from the way you’re eating now, I don’t thing it’s harmful.

You may want to consult with your doctor though.
