When I access Internet explorer it shows error “Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience

You might be able to solve that by clearing your IE “cache”.
best thing i can think of is if you go on the windows website there is a new version on windows explorer, i think u hav version 6 there is a version 7 nw, that shud upgrade ur explorer and fix the problem :)
