How do I correct error message cood1199?

When trying to play a movie I downloaded from bit torent I get this error message. How do I correct the error?

No clue, its likely you need to download a codec to run it. Follow the link below and see if the application will open up your movie - its a custom application that plays almost everything. Also, keep in mind that a lot of bittorrent movies have spyware attached to them these days. So if its supposed to be a movie, but its only 50MB, that might be a good clue.
