Oj so I have the los eit app on mi ipod and at there is one part that asks you to put your weight in for the day. Do I put mi weight in at the beggingin of the day or at the end and if at the end when? Like after I eat mi last meal or a while after I eat last or after a certian time?...I dont eat after 7pm
your weight fluctuates every day with things like eating, drinking, doing exerscise, ect so really the best time to put our weight down would be at the end of the week if you keep track of your weight daily its not going to be much help unless your aware that your bodys weight will change during the day
when you weigh yourself do it in the morning before breakfast. that is when it is most accurate.
