When can I move out at the age of 17 and living in ohio?

I am 17 years old but treated like an adult I mean I pay most of the bill and I work and go to school and take care of my little brother and I cant handle my mom any more now she want to start to raise me but its to late I been raising my self and my little brother since I was 10 I need to know if I can leave and not be called a run away (because I aint running away ) and I need to know that the law is on my side before I do anything I turn 18 and 6 month and a few day but I need to leave now some one plez give me some legal adv

Well sometimes that’s how it is, sometimes the kids have to be the adults in the house. But think about it, you sopported all this years why not one more till you turn 18.

well no not till your 18 then your no longer a minor and can haul * outa there BUT you can go if she kicks you out

so if she kicks me the hell out im able to leave right you dont under stand she is crazy like really but I wont leave my lil brother behind but I so cant do this no more like it aint like she hitting me and stuff it like the contuine of yellin and screeming and what not so I really need to know something before I even try to leave becasue this sh** getting old fast

well LEGALLY you have to be 16 but your 17 and soon 18 just wait ..
