What's wrong with my body? My sides hurt and I am nausiated and my throat hurts. I have contained a lot of water and eat a lot. I get headaches and I have gained 20 pounds in 2 weeks. Am I pregnant or am I about to start my period?

Or you can always goto planned parenthood which is a non profit organization dedicated to pregnancy tests, STD testing, Contraceptive... (free birth control and condoms) everything here is free of charge and you can have all this done without your parents Knowing... they can NOT tell your parents. I think you should take a pregnancy test just to be sure. If it turns out you are not pregnant see a doctor. Weight gain can also be caused by thyroid disorder and some other medical conditions.
