Is unexpected weight gain pregnancy?

THE LAST COUPLE OF WEEKS i FEEL LiKE i BEEN GAiNiNG WEiGHT.. COULD THiS BE AN EARLY SYMPTOM OF PREGNANCY OR WHAT? CAUSE ALL i HAVE BEEN DOiNG iS WORKiNG OUT & EATiNG HEALTHY FOOS TO LOSE WEiGHT & THiNGS LiKE THAT.. & i FEEL LiKE iM GAiNiNG iNSTEAD OF LOOSiNG..!!

first thing please don’t do heavy exercising you don’t wanna damage the baby. But before all of that find out if you a pregnant first. Are you late in your menstral cycle? If you are by how many days or week or month? Are you feeling any other symptoms like nauseation, throwing up and yes weight gain is one of them. Are you also craving wierd things that is not normally eaten? But do an online research about it. Look up the key word ovulation and it will explain to about that and get checked by a doctor. Pregnancy test are inexpensive so just buy one.

Early pregnancy symptoms are very vague. If you want to know if you are pregnant, you’ll have to take a pregnancy test.

If you’re working out more, there is a good chance you will gain weight. Muscle actually weighs more than fat. So if you’re getting rid of fat and putting on muscle, there’s a good chance you’ll gain instead of lose. That’s ok though, because you’ll be healthier and more in shape.
