well if you rhair is damaged ten I would say cut it off. thats what i had to do to mine. what you might consider doing is stop flat ironing your hair and blow drying and washing it with hot water. But I would use pantene or suave but mostly pantene

i straighten my hair everyday… i use biosilk.. just a pea sized amount threough ur hair before you straighten it wil be smooth. it smells really good too. very good for ur hair. can buy it in walmart

and make surfe to trim ur hair every 6 weeks.. this will keep the split ends from growing and ur hair will be fuller and healthier
