What's your opinion on Joseph Kony and are you going to do anything about it?

Answer #1

I think more people should watch the news and be aware of what’s happening in other countries because this as well as other things have been going on for years yet no one knows about it. And yes, my school mates and I are organising a get-together in my town next month to raise awareness and donations and every person I know is going.

Answer #2

If you’re going to ask a question like this, you should offer a little background information so people don’t have to go searching on the net to find out who this person is.

Joseph Kony has kidnapped more than 30,000 children in Central Africa since 1987 and made them become child soldiers in his Lord’s Resistance Army.

Am I going to do anything about it? Not specifically - there are too many people (and children) in my homeland who need help just as much, and for the time being, I have to focus my efforts on the things I can change.

Answer #3

Colleen is right, theres nothing we can do, all we can do is pray and hope justice comes upon him, there are too many people in our own countries we CAN help

Answer #4

I think it’s a horrible situation. There really isn’t anything I can do except spread awareness, which it’s obviously gotten around enough to the point it’s annoying people.

Answer #5

No one is FOR Kony’s actions, Kony is only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to dangerous men. http://funadvice.com/r/bqaiaemprhk

Answer #6

Obama has ordered 100 US troops to hunt him down. I can only pray that this demon is found and justice is served. I thinkhe sent them out in October?? I dont think anything has come of it yet. This man says he is consulting with the Holy Spirit. I think he is mistaken that Spirit for a great demon.

Answer #7

My school is fundraising money to help those children the organization is called Invisble Children.

Answer #8

There are things we can do, you can order the Action Kit online, donate money, and sign the petition thing…
