Can not eating breakfast damage your stamina?

i never eat breakfasts ever but i snack during lunch and dinner and they say breakfast is the most important meal for the day but i have eaten it before and infact its made me dumber and loose control abit and it has no good effect except for filling me up and very rarely do i have egg round my nans if i do thats my breakfast for the month

i cant eat breakfast in the morning.. because i get nautious and i dont wanna have that sick feeling.. but most people say it cant affect your stamina because your not concentrating hard enough,.. but i cant eat food in the morning.. i have to be awake atleast an hour tops before i sleep.. but i need that full hour to get ready ahah

same here i have to be awake 2 hours or an hour till i eat and thats usually around lunch so i gueess its brunch for me on a average day :)

It helps you concentrate. I never ever evvvver eat breakfast unless it’s on testing days, & when I do it helps so much. I’ve gotten used to not eating breakfast so when I do I feel like I’m gunna barf, so I don’t eat until like 1pm. It might make you light headed, cos your out & about doing stuff on an empty stomach,

oh well for one of my year 7 exams i ate breakfast for that whole week and i felt like shxt seriously i was sick for eating breakfast and on some other year 7’s i didnt eat and i got better results than when i did eat soo

same here except when i dont eat for testing days fee lgood and i do better than eating for some reason
