What's wrong with my knee?

I think it may be just sore…okay, so we started track practice this past Monday, I ran three miles that day, same with Tuesday I ran three miles, Wednesday I also ran three miles. Yesterday I ran 4 miles, and I was going to run 3 miles today but my knee was bugging me, everytime I ran I had this odd pain, not soreness really but a pain…I don’t know…I have been stretching and everything, I had to with the rest of the team…I am just putting ice on it for now. But is that what’s wrong, just soreness?

Okay I did that…nothing happened…coach says I might have a pulled a tendon…he says if it’s not better by Wednesday than I take a rest again and ice ice ice it! lol, than tuesday a guy comes in to look at other peoples muscle troubles and stuff…so yeah!

ok I have knee problems 2 but I fell on it wrong but anyway what kind of pain or where does it hurt because the only way I can help you out is I knew a lil more about how you hurt it and stuff but you might have pulled something in your leg or it may be soreness but dont over work it other wise u’ll diff. have problems but if it keeps hurting tell your parents and have them take you 2 the doctor’s I hoped I helped a lil :-)

p.s. im in track 2 and I no its hard running with a hurt knee

Maybe you have pulled a tendon or muscle. Tell your coach, maybe he can give you some idea.

I’m resting for the weekend, I’m just going to ice it over tonite and tomorrow…and maybe run on Sunday…

Get an MRI and it will tell you if you pulled something, the Doc will make you get an Xray but it wont show anything unless you blew up your knee cap:-)

You most likly hyper extended your knee Ice 20 min heat 20 min nothing 20 min, repeat.
