What 's wrong w/my laptop it has a blue screen and is saying...?

…its saying … Stop: c0000135 (unable to locate component) this application has failed to start because rpcrt4.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem. … And its a blue screen. Thankx

Often when an error occurs like this all you need to do is take the error (in this case “c0000135”) and paste it into google as most likely someone else knows what is happening.
