What’s the best way to increase memory power? I thing In the school and college life I had some memory power, but now I am feeling somewhat less ,why I dont know. what is the problem, why it is happening please tell me

  1. exercise, increases blood flow (also to brain)
  2. (mostly for older people wanting to avoid Alzheimers: a glass of red wine a day)
  3. stop stressing - apparently stress hormones shrink the area of the brain (hippocampus) that deals with remembering
  4. cut down on sugar
  5. but Indian spices like turmeric are good
  6. take a 45-min. nap to refresh your brain
  7. cut out soy products
  8. talk with other people in person,not via the Net 9,.eat blueberries - lots!
  9. believe it or not: light a scented candle - but not lavender.

gingko biloba is the greatest supplement for memory increase. I believe it increases the blood flow to the brain. I started using it with my Undergraduate degree and in thirty days I saw a difference.

Also, learn to manage your stress. Often times our stress causes a racing mind which obstructs the thought process and memory. Try meditation or deep relaxation if it is stress.
