^ NO wtf . its cause you mature into a women and cjscoot is TOATALLY wrong cause in half the states in the United states you cant get your liecense till 18 . its surposedly when your surposed to start wearing makup , getting nails done , ect. Like I said “Surposedly”

well sweet sixteen is like a right of pasage now a days its the year when exciting grown up things start happening as some say you get your licinse you dont have mom and dad drive you places you get a car its way blown out of preportion but it shows your progress in sixteen years of life be proud atleast you lived sixteen years.
