if there was sweetie we would not have so many overweight people. Please do not take and pills to try to loose weight, you will just mess up your metobolism and cause great health risk. You need to eat right and excercise, this is the best answer. It is living a good life style. Not a diet

xtc in moderation but its not safe but along with being used for couples theorpy it was used for weight lose when first invented
