What is and how do I do paliaties??

I read im one of my magaziens that I should do piates so what is it and how do I do them??? Is it like streaching or something??? Thanxx Jessi♥

paloaties is like yoga it consists of stretching and bending of the leggs and arms its a lot more simple than yoga and is more based on toneing of the solor plex

Pilates is a system of exercises aimed at improving overall physical fitness (rather than being, for example, optimized for developing strength or body building).

It is named after the guy who developed the system ( Joseph Pilates).
