What is a really good prank for my book?

I’m a big writer. I’m on the sixth book in my series. In a nutshell, the girl and her friend are pulling a really big prank on their riding instructor. It needs to be super elaborate, original, NOT common. Needs to be creative! I need ideas! please help! Thanks!

maybe they do the “cream instead of shaving cream” trick, asnd the instructer is allergic?

This is all I could, sorry. Last April Fool’s day I offered to make my Mom a cup of coffee and instead of putting milk in I put orange juice in. When she drank it she splattered it all out of her mouth. I know it’s not really big but maybe the riding instructor could be talking to someone really important and then she spits the drink out all over the person.
