What is a good mini laptop that's underr 200?

I am looking for a cheap but decent mini laptop that won’t be a waste of money or become obsolete in a year. Basically good for web browsing and playing Internet games.

Anything that cheap will become obsolete in a year, it’s a given. The reason why? you’re buying old technology already, which is cheap…as new stuff comes out (yearly) older stuff gets cheaper, as it’s not as fast, stable, reliable, etc, as the newest.

Really, any netbook with a decent warranty would suit you fine, OR consider an ipod touch, as it does most of what you want, it’s more portable and you can extend it with games or surf the web, just like a PC.
