I am looking to go on a diet and I need a good one

eating balanced meals

have a good amount of fruits, veggies, whole grains, meats and dairy products and healthy fats drink lots of water and get enought exercise like 1 hour everyday this will help to lose weight and stay healthy

A balanced diet includes two fruits and 5 different vegetables while having at least half an hour of intense exercise (playing a sport, running, working out, etc) everyday. Don’t forget your dairy and whole grains each day and serves of meat at least once a week.
