That would be illegal in most states, maybe all of them. At your age, illegal for you, illegal for him to receive.

There have been many, many stories of kids your age doing that, and being arrested and taken to the Judge. Many of them have to do community service or spend some time in detention, because of this action.

It could also get your parents and/or his parents into a LOT of legal trouble. Save it until you are 18, then you can make that decision. Please, don’t do it.
