What happens with child support help plzzz!?

I had my son in august. My sons father isn’t in his life at all and has only seen him twice. I am trying to put him on child support. In ohio you have to take a dna test before you can put someone on child support but he refused to take the dna test. We have court next month. Has anyone ever been to court for this? And what will happen at court? And can the judge make him take a dna test? Please help.

The judge will order the DNA test and if it comes back that he’s the father, he will then order child support payments.

This may take a few trips to court though - it isn’t usually settled on the first go.
