What could my symtoms mean?

Im not sure if it could be my period or if I might be pregnant, I read about what early signs of pregnancy are and I show a lot of sings of being pregnant but it could be my period too, I took a test to see if im pregnant, I might have taken it too early though how can I know for sure if im pregnant?

I’m sick to my stomach a lot, I haven’t been sleeping well in almost a week, I’ve been thursty like crazy, my stomach has been getting a lot of pains in it and they come and go, im starting to get sick to where im almost throwing up, and my nipples are sore

Could I be pregnant or could it be my period?

Well take a text like 3 weeks after you have had sex.. that should help you to know if you are or not… other wise.. it could be just because you not to well.

one question have you had sex? if you havent its proberly periods or your just sick iwas just like that before my periods so was my because and my mum.
